Keigher's Flooring embarked on its inspiring journey in 1974, founded by the visionary duo of Tony's father, Dan, and his brother Bill in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
They began with a focus on carpet installation, meticulously sewing seams together by hand before seam tape was used.
In the face of the challenging recession of the early 1980s, Dan made the bold decision to relocate to Phoenix, while Bill ventured to Colorado Springs. Adapting to the changing times, Dan expanded their expertise to include tile installation, further diversifying their skill set.
Growing up alongside his father, Tony gained invaluable experience in the flooring industry, spending weekends and summers working diligently. At the young age of 15, he took on his first solo project, tiling Alan's parents' house with the help of his lifelong friend.
With the arrival of fatherhood in 2000, Tony felt compelled to establish his own venture, giving birth to the independent entity we now know as Keigher's Flooring Contractors specializing in wood and laminate floors.
Recognizing the importance of a trusted partner, Alan joined as a partner in 2018. Together, they carry on the legacy of exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction that Keigher's Flooring has become synonymous with.
